I made it, if Michio helped I would have said 'we.' ^_^ This is a Japanese rice cake, made of glutenous sweet rice flour. The photo has red bean paste in it, I didn't use that this time.
Oh so thats not the one you made!!Thats cool.Does it always have bean paste in it or can it have something else in it.I thought it looked yummy when I thought there was chocolate inside!!LOL.I am shocked that you made it.I didn't think that you liked to cook.
I do cooking's not that bad... sometimes. ^_^ You can make it with chocolate, it tastes reeeeeally good. You can use almost any filling. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of mine this time, but it looked juuuust like it.
